What is minimum order for free delivery ?

We have the lowest minimum order value of 299/- for free deliveries as compared to other ecommerce players, for the orders below INR 299/-, there is min. delivery charge of INR 15/-. Deliver is FREE for orders of INR 299/- and value above.

Are there any additional charges or taxes on published prices?

There are no additional taxes on published prices, prices are inclusive of taxes, delivery charges may apply in some cases.

Can I change or cancel the order?

Yes, before checkout you can change or cancel the order. After checkout, order cannot be cancelled.

Can I return the product?

Payments & Refunds

What are modes of payment available for orders?

We accept the payments through all major debit/ credit cards, UPI, net banking, Digital wallets, PayTM, Freecharge, and few others.
COD (Cash on delivery) may or may not be available depending on the location of service or due to Covid19.
You can also use your “Reward Points” during the checkout process with other payment modes.

Is it safe to use my credit or debit card online on Farmhoods?

Yes, your card payment transactions on our website are safely completed via secured and India’s leading payment gateways. We do not store any of your card details for payment transactions at Farmhoods.

How will I get refunds for in case of product return?

Once we receive your return, a refund is issued within 3-5 days to the original online payment method. Refund for your online payments shall be sent back to your credit/debit card/net banking as per your mode of payment.
